These terms apply when you use www.ultraxstudios.com and experience.ultraxstudios.com (“the sites”), run by Ultra X Studios (“Ultra X Studios”, “we”, “us”). By using the sites you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You may use the sites to find out about our experiences, send enquiries and follow links to buy tickets. You must be 18 or older, or use the sites with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the sites at any time, without notice.

Sending an enquiry form, a WhatsApp message or an email does not book anything. Any prices, dates, line-ups or availability we mention while we talk are indicative until we confirm them to you in writing, by email or in a signed agreement.

A private, corporate or wedding event is governed by the written agreement we sign with you. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Please make sure the details you send us are accurate and that you are allowed to share them.

Tickets for our shows are sold through third-party platforms such as BookMyShow and District. Your purchase is with that platform and follows its terms, including payment, delivery, transfers and refunds. For a problem with a payment or a ticket, please contact the platform first.

Tickets are for personal use. Do not resell them unless the platform you bought from allows it.

If we sell tickets or take payments on the sites in future, a payment provider will process the payment, and any extra terms will be shown before you pay.

Live events depend on many things outside our control. We may need to change an artist, the line-up, timings, the venue or the date. We will tell you as early as we can, through the ticketing platform, the sites or our social channels.

If a show is cancelled or moved, refunds follow the ticketing platform’s policy, or for an event booked directly with us, our written agreement. Unless the law says otherwise, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur.

Venues set their own entry rules, including age limits, ID checks, security searches and prohibited items. Entry may be refused to anyone who does not follow them or the instructions of venue staff.

The Ultra X, Mehfil X and Bhakti X names and logos, and the footage, photographs, music, text, artwork and design on the sites, belong to Ultra X Studios or to the people who licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the sites and share links to them. You may not copy, download, edit, republish, sell or otherwise use our content, names or logos, including in advertising or for training software, without our written permission.

When using the sites, please do not:

• Break any law, or help anyone else do so.
• Send false, misleading, offensive or harassing messages, or pretend to be someone else.
• Send spam or automated form submissions.
• Try to access parts of the sites or our systems that are not meant for you, or interfere with how they work.
• Upload or spread viruses or other harmful code.
• Scrape, copy or collect content or data from the sites by automated means.

We may block access for anyone who does.

The sites link to services we do not run, such as Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, WhatsApp, BookMyShow and District. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

We work to keep the sites accurate and available, but they are provided “as is”. We do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors or up to date. Event details on the sites may change; the ticketing platform or our written confirmation has the latest.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the sites. For anything else connected with the sites, our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us directly for the service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer.

If you break these terms or misuse the sites, and a claim is made against Ultra X Studios as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur because of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to us first and we will try to sort it out. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way will be heard by the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
